Queerious Queers Podcast by Queer Youth Action Commitee

What: The Queer Youth Action Committee is a passionate group that aims to make Ottawa a safer and better place for queer youth. With a momentum grant, they plan to create a podcast for 2SLGBTQ+ youth by 2SLGBTQ+ youth. Some examples of topics they would like to explore include asexuality, non-binary identities and fun coming out stories and experiences.

In their words: “For our group, success would provide queer youth with a safe space to listen to positive queer representation, and feel pride in their queerness. Our podcast would be lighthearted and fun, helping create pride in queer identities and a sense of community for queer youth.”
